To illustrate how important decentralised crypto exchanges like Coincer are, I gathered information about many cracks (and scams) of centralised altcoin exchanges. You can see that overall losses exceed twenty million of US dollars! That might be a good reason to seriously consider not to use them…

This list doesn’t include cracks nor scams of purely bitcoin-fiat exchanges, although many of them were very significant as well.
